Before you list
Is listing really free?
Yes. Today listing is free for private sellers, brokers and agencies, and Parcelas Patagonia charges no commission on the sale. You deal directly with the buyer.
How many listings can I publish?
Each account can have up to 5 active listings. If you need more, write to us and we enable it at no cost, which is common for brokers and agencies.
How long until my listing goes online?
Every listing is reviewed before it is published, to keep the portal reliable for buyers. You can follow its status from your dashboard.
How does the English translation work?
You write your listing in Spanish. It is translated to English automatically and shown to visitors of the English site. The Spanish text remains the original and the one that prevails.
How do buyers contact me?
Through the WhatsApp number you add to your profile, or through the contact form of the listing. Buyers who prefer to write instead of calling can always use the form.
Can I pause or remove my listing?
Yes. From your dashboard you can pause, reactivate or archive each listing, and close your account whenever you want.
Do I need a broker to sell?
No. Private owners publish directly. If your title is not in order or the plot needs to be subdivided before selling, we also offer legal services for that.
